The ZECO Mud Cleaner uses a unique two-stage mechanical process to remove fine drill solids. By a combination of cycloning and screening, the entire circulating volume is stripped of sand without significant loss of valuable weighting materials, chemicals, or fluids.

How it works:

As fluid and solids move across screen, Cluster Sliders bounce and impact screen bottom, driving fluid through the screen and drying the solids before discharging out the discharge spout.
